FAQ

What happens when I order an item?

After placing an order with us, you will receive email notification to confirm that we have received your order details. This email will contain a unique order number, along with the details of the items purchased and the delivery information provided. If you notice any mistakes in the details included within this email or need to make any changes, please contact us immediately to let us know, and quote the order number that you have been given.

When your order has been picked and packed, you will receive a further email to confirm that your items are ready for dispatch.

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates only, but from our experience the vast majority of orders arrive well within these times. We will always notify customers if there are any circumstances that may affect these estimated times. eg bespoke designed jewellery items may take longer as they are handmade.

Payment and Shipping

 

Shipping is £3.50 on orders under £50, and free on all orders over £50 for UK Mainland. International orders are £9.50.

Gifts and jewellery are sent via Royal Mail signed for service and should arrive within 3-4 days of purchase.

Larger orders may be sent via courier and should arrive in a similar time frame.

If you need an item more urgently, please contact us before purchasing and we'll do what we can to get it to you sooner.

​What if I want to Cancel my order ?

You may for a short period be able to cancel an order placed, however if you have already received an email confirming dispatched of your goods then you will have to return the unwanted items at your expense.

What about Returns & Refunds?

We do hope you love your received items but if for any reason you want to return them, you may do so, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order number inside. Orders returned after 30 days will not be refunded.

If a product arrives faulty we will replace it. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of order. This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused.  Goods should not be returned without prior agreement. All agreed returns should be packed correctly and returned to Bella May Crafts detailing the returns.  If you are outside of the U.K and receive a faulty item, we will be unable to replace your item and will refund you instead.

We wish to be as fair and generous as possible, within some limits established to protect ourselves against online fraud or unscrupulous characters.
